Set in the Cyclades archipelago off the coast of a divided Greece, players build cities and compete for dominance under the watchful eyes of the gods. Cyclades: Legendary Edition revitalizes the original game and its expansions, delivering smoother and more dynamic gameplay. The strategic bidding system governs the actions each player can take on their turn, requiring careful financial management to leverage the unique powers of the gods, each player can ally with only one god per turn. The bidding phase is quicker and more intense with a new exponential bidding scale, and the addition of a sixth god expands the range of possible actions. Modular landscape tiles let you create different maps every game, ensuring fresh strategies. New heroes and creatures enrich the base game, providing more ways to build powerful metropolises and secure key advantages in battle.

The objective remains to be the first to control three metropolises. Cyclades: Legendary Edition offers three modes:

• Classic for 3-5 players focusing on individual goals;
• Team for 4 or 6 players, where you collaborate with a partner against other teams;
• and an improved two-player mode for head-to-head challenges.
